YourSpace America Breaks Ground: Tucson Self Storage

YourSpace America is pleased to announce the development of a new 130,249 square-foot, ground-up self-storage facility located on a prime corner parcel near one of Tucson’s most active interstate corridors. This development reflects YourSpace America’s continued commitment to setting new standards in performance, design, and operational excellence through innovative development and best-in-class execution.

Project Overview:
This three-story, state-of-the-art facility will feature 931 self-storage units, 958 square feet of modern office space, 18 convenient drive-up units, and exterior loading docks designed to enhance operational efficiency. The building will be constructed using a light-gauge metal stud framing system and will showcase a contemporary façade incorporating metal panels, glass, EIFS, and Nichiha with horizontal articulation, creating a distinctive presence in a highly visible location.

The project is being delivered through a comprehensive design/build approach, including full architectural, engineering, MEP design, and permitting services, ensuring a seamless and fully integrated development process from concept through completion.
