Military Affairs Committee Operation Slice & Ice

Join us for our annual Operation Slice & Ice event on Thursday, July 2, from 8:00–11:00 a.m. at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. 

Volunteers will be divided into four teams to deliver frozen drinks to Airmen working on the flightline and in other mission-critical areas throughout the base. 

This unique opportunity offers a firsthand look at the mission of Davis–Monthan Air Force Base while providing a chance to connect directly with the Airmen we support every day. In just a few hours, participants will gain insight into the many functions across the installation, meet service members, and personally thank them for their dedication and service. 

This event is open to all members of the Military Affairs Committee (MAC). To join the MAC or RSVP for the event, please contact Adrianna Castro no later than Friday, June 12, 2026, to ensure base access clearance is processed in time.
