For 25 years, Emma Vera has been grateful to share her love of food and gathering with the Tucson community through Guadalajara Original Grill. Today, she and her son, Jordan Fuller, owner of Calle Tepa, are proud to welcome you to their newest chapter, Casa Vera. 

Inspired by generations of tradition, Casa Vera brings another piece of Emma's home in Guadalajara, Mexico, to Tucson. From the warmth of the haciendas to the spirit of gathering around the table, every detail was created to share the beauty, hospitality, and traditions that have shaped their family. 

Jordan brings his own passion for hospitality, blending thoughtful design, handcrafted cocktails, and years of experience creating spaces where people feel welcomed, connected, and inspired to linger a little longer. 

As you step through our doors, you'll find yourself transported to a little corner of Mexico, inspired by the timeless beauty of its haciendas and the traditions that have brought generations together around the table. 

A place where there's always room for one more, and every meal is meant to be shared with the people who matter most.
